Refund policy
All Online Sales are final!
We DO NOT issue refunds for lost packages.If your package is lost, please contact your local post office and file a claim.
However, if you received an incorrect item we will gladly offer store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, you must send proof of incorrect item to greenmancurioshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please include your order number on the subject line when drafting your email.
Our company is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages that may be caused by any shipping company. After we ship the order, we have no control or responsibility about how it is being handled.
Please note, due to inconsistencies of display monitors, the colors/shades you see on your screen may not be the product's representation. Some products may also look different in natural lighting or angles. Surface "imperfections" may be present when dealing with crystals.
Mystery Package
- It WILL contain at least one item. It MAY contain multiple items inside.
- Product(s) inside WILL belong to at least one of the following categories: crystals, gemstones, jewelry, aromatherapy, home decor, self care,etc.
- Mystery boxes can contain any product from our physical or online shop.
- All sales are final!
- AGAIN, Mystery packages are a mystery so if you are not prepared for a surprise, please consider this before purchasing. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES!
